Common questions
- Where are my notes? In the Heedor folder of your iCloud Drive (or the folder you chose). They are plain Markdown files that other apps can open.
- How do I restore my purchase? Open Settings › Subscription (or the Premium screen) and choose Restore Purchases.
- How do I cancel Premium? On your device: Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Cancelling keeps your notes; web pages go offline until you subscribe again.
- How do I delete my account? In the app: Search › Settings › Web sharing › My web shares › Delete publisher account. Your iCloud notes are not touched.
- How do I report a page? Send us its link using the address below.
