Using Heedor
Heedor is a notes and planning app. You own your notes; they stay in your iCloud Drive or on your device. By using the app or the website you agree to these terms and to Apple’s Standard License Agreement (Licensed Application End User License Agreement), which applies to the app.
Free and Premium
- The app has a free plan. Premium adds features such as unlimited projects, web sharing, extra themes and optional sync.
- Premium is an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly. The price is shown in the app by the App Store before you subscribe.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period.
- Manage or cancel in Settings › your name › Subscriptions on your device, or in your App Store account. Refunds are handled by Apple.
- When a subscription ends, Premium features pause. Your notes stay yours. Published pages go offline and cloud sync pauses until you subscribe again; you can always unpublish and delete.
Pages you publish
- You are responsible for what you publish and you confirm that you have the right to share it.
- Do not publish anything unlawful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, or harmful to others, and do not use pages to distribute malware or spam.
- We may take down a page or suspend an account that breaks these rules or is reported as harmful. To report a page, write to the address below with its link.
- A link is not a secret. Anyone who has the link to a page without a password can read it.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Heedor reliable, but keep your own backups and do not rely on web sharing or Heedor Cloud as your only copy. The service is provided as is, to the extent the law allows. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country are not affected.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app or on this page before it applies.
